The world grows in numbers. Large amounts of seemingly chaotic data are constantly being analyzed in search of regularities. The larger the data set, the more likely the pattern will be found. Thanks to big data analysis, we can better understand certain phenomenas and discover new ones.

The installation ”Samples” consists of 20 numerical flipdigits displays, which change accordingly to specific algorithms. The image is directly linked to the sound which results from the mechanical principle of the display. The aim of the work is to find audio and visual rhythms in the noise.
